"In an all-white wedding, it's especially important to choose flowers with care," believes Sylvia Greenbaum, who arranged the blossoms here. "I like to use a mix of white and cream roses, in different sizes, for subtle variation." For the bride's bouquet she relied on oversized 'Virginia,' pure white 'Lady Liberty,' and creamy 'Mimi' spray roses. These also made their way into the littlest attendants' headdresses, supplemented by gardenias, freesias, and starlike Dendrobium orchids. "Each flower is wired," says Sylvia. "Sometimes I weave them into a wreath or simply pin a spray of blooms in a girl's hair." Either way, the tiny attendants seem haloed with a heavenly radiance befitting the occasion.
